Good Bruce offers three types of listings:
Bruce Credits are our digital currency system. Each credit equals $1.00 USD. Credits don't expire and can be used for any paid listing features. You can purchase credits in advance and use them whenever you need to post.
Yes, refunds are available within 24 hours of posting if your listing hasn't gone live yet. Once a listing is published and active, refunds are not available, but you can request an edit or remove your listing at any time. Refund abuse will be strictly monitored and your account will be suspended if you use Good Bruce system with what appear to be circumventing measures(using the AI generated listings to obtain content to be used on other systems and then requesting refunds repeatedly)

We prohibit illegal items including, but not limited to:
You retain ownership of your original content (text, photos, etc.). However, by posting on Good Bruce, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content on our platform.
Every listing has a "Report" button. You can also email our support team at [email protected] with details about the inappropriate content. We review all reports within 24 hours.
No, Good Bruce provides a platform for users to connect, but we are not responsible for actual transactions. Users engage at their own risk and should exercise appropriate caution when meeting or conducting business.
For now all listing are up once the User clicks Publish and until they are marked as Sold, Flagged by the Admin or Seller or Requessted to be removed by the Seller. We likely will move to this model: Basic listings stay active for 7 days, Standard postings for 14 days, Advanced postings for 21 days, and Premium listings for 30 days. You can renew or extend your listings before they expire.
Yes! You can request edits to your listing, please use the listing management page in your dashboard.
