License & Usage

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Good Bruce in compliance with these terms. You agree:

  • Not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our platform
  • Not to collect user information or interfere with Good Bruce operations
  • Not to post prohibited content or engage in misleading practices
  • Not to abuse our flagging or reporting systems
  • To be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Good Bruce:

Illegal Items & Services

  • • Fraudulent financial services

Prohibited Behavior

Fees & Payments

When you create a paid posting, you authorize us to charge your account. Fees are non-refundable, even for posts we remove, delay, or moderate. We may refuse any posting at our discretion.

Liquidated Damages

If you violate these terms, you agree to pay liquidated damages as follows:

  • Collecting user information without consent: $1 per violation
  • Misusing personal information: $1,000 per violation
  • Misrepresenting identity: $1,000 per violation
  • Posting prohibited content: $4 per violation
  • Sending unauthorized emails: $25 per violation
  • Unauthorized calls/texts to users: $500 per violation
  • Creating misleading accounts: $4 per violation
  • Abusing reporting systems: $1 per violation
  • Distributing violation software: $1,000 per violation
  • Scraping/copying content: $3,000 per day

Harassment & Abuse

Good Bruce has zero tolerance for harassment, threats, or abusive behavior. This includes:

  • • Sexual harassment or explicit unwanted content
  • • Doxxing (sharing personal information without consent)

Reporting Harassment

If you experience harassment on Good Bruce:

Our Response

We investigate all harassment reports within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in immediate account suspension or termination. We cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
